Top-down bottles meet consumer demands for greater convenience, offering accurate portion control, and easy and mess-free dispensing, and the addition of the new sizes reflects the continuing growth and popularity of sauces and dressings products.

19/03/08 Following the successful introduction of its 520ml top-down bottle, leading food manufacturer HAMKER has developed two further sizes in partnership with RPC Kutenholz - a 270ml bottle and a 700ml bottle for mayonnaises, dressings, convenience sauces and ketchup.

Top-down bottles meet consumer demands for greater convenience, offering accurate portion control, and easy and mess-free dispensing, and the addition of the new sizes reflects the continuing growth and popularity of sauces and dressings products. The 270ml bottle is ideal for single households, as well as the introduction of specialist varieties, while the large 700ml version has been introduced as a family pack.

All three bottle sizes are produced by RPC Kutenholz in a multi-layer PP structure, with EVOH providing protection against excessive oxygen ingress for an extended shelf life.

Top-down bottles have now been launched in France, as well as being available in Germany, UK and Belgium.
