Graham Packaging Unveils Innovation & Design Center
The Innovation & Design Center now gives customers not only a relaxed, private environment in which to work and interact, but also the tools to participate in the process.
17/01/06 Graham Packaging Company, L.P., has unveiled an Innovation & Design Center intended to serve as an incubator for innovative design ideas and as an interactive workshop where designers and customers can participate as a team in developing new plastic containers.
Graham has received industry-wide recognition for its design and innovation capabilities including multiple DuPont Awards for Packaging Innovation and Worldstar Awards for Packaging Excellence.
In the past, Graham Packaging found that visiting customers often preferred to remain on site while the design process was going on.
The Innovation & Design Center now gives customers not only a relaxed, private environment in which to work and interact, but also the tools to participate in the process. Customers have access to wireless laptops, electronic tablets, plasma screens, libraries of image files, an extensive gallery of sample containers, technology displays, and a variety of reference materials.
