Recent developments include a redesigned MPF filling head to increase efficiency in depositing ready meal components such as cooked long and short pastas, all types of rice, cut fruits and vegetables, prepared salads, and protein pieces.
Multi-Fill Inc. is committed to continuous innovation by anticipating and responding to customer needs. Recent developments include a redesigned MPF filling head to increase efficiency in depositing ready meal components such as cooked long and short pastas, all types of rice, cut fruits and vegetables, prepared salads, and protein pieces.
The new style filling head is approximately 50% lighter which makes it easier to adjust the height of the filling head over the conveying line during production. It is also faster to disassemble, clean, and reassemble thereby saving valuable time.
This feature is standard on new MULTI-FILL multi-purpose filling systems, and all existing models and sizes can be retrofitted in the field. It is manufactured out of 316 stainless steel and white UHMW plastic components; however, blue UHMW is available as an option.
Multi-Fill machines are made in the USA and sold throughout the world. The fillers are designed to be flexible and allow for improvements over time to adapt to ever-changing product lines and provide customers with an exceptional return on investment.
