New Packaging And Display For Munchy Seeds Pots

Snack Company Munchy Seeds is launching a new shaker-style pot format to replace the original 200g seed pot, as well as creating smaller outer display cases for independent retailers. The company’s 140g shaker-style pot is taller and slimmer, which Munchy Seeds claims makes it “more convenient for sprinkling over breakfast or lunch, as well as snacking.”

Snack Company Munchy Seeds is launching a new shaker-style pot format to replace the original 200g seed pot, as well as creating smaller outer display cases for independent retailers. The company’s 140g shaker-style pot is taller and slimmer, which Munchy Seeds claims makes it “more convenient for sprinkling over breakfast or lunch, as well as snacking.” The new format is initially being rolled out across four flavors – Honey Seeds, Super Berry, Chilli Bites, and Omega Sprinkles – with the rest of the portfolio to follow in 2018. Munch Seed’s entire 25g snack pack range is also being re-launched in new, “high impact” outer displays exclusively for independent retailers.

The new look consists of a smaller 12 unit case in place of the previous 24 unit case. The Munchy Seeds snack pack range includes savoury, sweet, and chocolate-coated seeds and features Munchy Seeds Choccy Ginger, which is available in a 25g snack bag as well as a 50g bag. Lucinda Clay, co-founder of Munch Seeds, said: “We have refreshed our range specifically with our retail customers in mind; to help lower price points in store and make healthy snacking more convenient for consumers.” Munchy Seeds’ new 140g shaker-style pots retail at £3 and the 12x25g case units retail at less than £1 per pack.
