Rexam Brings Unmatched Expertise To New 'United Colors of Benetton' Fragrance

17/02/07 Rexam supplies a full-assembly package for ‘United Colors of Benetton’ consisting of three Benetton fragrances (Man, Woman & Unisex). The packages feature a stunning high-tech design that combines the transparency of PMMA, used for injection for the box, with the crisp new appearance of silver metallization on the spray-cap.
Each PMMA-injected box, accented by pad-printed decoration, comes with an SP6 crimp-on pump and an injected plastic spray cap in the form of a “finger print” that is UV metallized in glossy silver. The edges of the PMMA box are worked to create a play on light around the glass bottles, which are tinted with bright colors.
“This intricate package presented our engineering team with the clear challenge to marry technical expertise with style,” said Antoine Bruno, Marketing Director for Rexam Dispensing Systems. “And we successfully delivered on that challenge as evidenced by the extremely positive reaction the package received from marketing executives visiting our exhibit at the recent Luxe Pack Monaco.”
In all, Rexam Dispensing Systems provides a full nine models for ‘United Colors of Benetton’: three fragrances with three different sizes: 40 ml, 75 ml and 100 ml.
The ‘United Colors of Benetton’ launch is also being promoted by using Rexam SP5 sample pumps injected with the three colors of green, orange and blue.
