New from Lagarde is a large-capacity, forced-steam circulation rotary autoclave with a dia approaching 70” and load capacity of 5 cells of stacked trays. Capable of sterilizing 2,400 9-oz pouches of various products, the autoclave has specifically been proven successful in sterilizing of rice in plastic pouches.
