S&N to Launch Bulmers Pear Cider in Eight Packs

07/06/08 Scottish & Newcastle UK (S&N UK) is set to launch an eight pack of Bulmers Pear cider to make the most of the huge success of the popular premium cider brand since its launch.
With an ABV of 4.5% and a refreshing and natural-tasting pear flavour, Bulmers Pear appeals to male and female younger to mid-life professionals who enjoy a refreshing change to apple cider, wine or beer.
The introduction of the new pack format will provide consumers with a more convenient and cost effective way of stocking up for social occasions, therefore supporting S&N UK's category vision for the off-trade which recognises that Bulmers Pear fulfils consumers' desire to enjoy 'pub quality' drinks when entertaining at home.
