A new 'twist' in package design turns snack food bags 'inside out'. ServoPac's new Dual-Port bag can be opened conventionally from the end, or 'sideways' to create a 'bowl bag' for greater product access.

Unique 'reverse fin seal' construction projects the body seam toward the inside of the bag, a technique that creates a smooth, almost invisible seam that opens easily and provides full, uninterrupted graphics on front and back panels.
Designed for production using vertical form and fill systems, body seam can be constructed using a laser seal or a cold seal, a first for larger snack bags. Cold seal adhesive is applied directly to the print side of the stock eliminating second side application and reducing production cycle time.
Design works well with any size or type of snack food bag - pillow or gusseted style. Simple modifications to existing production machinery creates a convenient alternative to current snack food bags.
