Van Meurs has developed a bag-in-box filling machine for both aseptic (high or low acid, ESL) and non-aseptic filling of various types of products, with or without particulates up to 1” in dia. Machines can be configured with single or multiple filling heads and offer the easiest and quickest changeover times. Machine can use all brands of bags and all closure types and can pre-vacuum the bags prior to filling. Machine can top off the filled bag with an inert gas or steam prior to replacing the fitment cap back onto the bag, without breaking the seal between the filling head valve and the bag.
