Piab offers a new line of suction cups made with a polyurethane material that combines the soft elasticity of rubber with the wear-resistance of polyurethane. Cups can be used for carton erecting, rotary cartoners, palletizing and depalletizing, pick-and-place, and case formers. Cup material allows it to form a proper seal, causing fewer leaks and allowing manufacturers to use smaller vacuum pumps, which reduces energy costs.
