Kisso Sushi is an established manufacturer of high quality ‘Made in Italy’ food and was the first major company in Europe to produce frozen sushi. Specialising in sushi, frozen sushi and frozen seafood products for the preparation of sushi, Kisso products meet HACCP quality standards.
Mauro Pellegrini and wife Valeriya of Kisso Frozen Sushi in Italy contacted Melvin Wee of Sushi Machine for the purchase of the sushi machines. The Italian company invested in Autec ASM600CE high speed Nigiri rice balls sushi machine as well as Autec ASM860CE Maki Sushi Robot.
These high speed sushi machines enable Kisso Sushi to greatly meet their fast growing customer base that extend beyond Montecantini to all regional Italian cities as far as Milan. In addition to local demand, Kisso Sushi is also able to fulfill international orders from any part of the world with the new big factory and the newly acquired sushi machines.
Melvin also visited Italy in June to train Kisso Sushi staff in the use of the Autec sushi machines at their newly built modern factory. Kisso’s sushi chef and owners were pleased with the high speed performance of both the sushi rice ball and sushi roll robots.
