Tetra Pak China to Set Up Second Production Line at Hohhot Converting Plant

Faced with a fast-growing Chinese market, Tetra Pak China’s extended production capacity will add to its comprehensive strength to provide better service for its customers.

10 Nov 2010 --- On September 1, Tetra Pak China officially announced that it would set up a second product line at its Hohhot converting plant. With an investment of approximately EUR 53 million (RMB 500 million), this new world-class production line will contribute an additional production capacity of 10 billion cartons per year.

Faced with a fast-growing Chinese market, Tetra Pak China’s extended production capacity will add to its comprehensive strength to provide better service for its customers. Hudson Lee, president of Tetra Pak China, was quoted as saying that the vigorous Chinese market is one of Tetra Pak’s most important strategic markets.
