Innovative enhancements to the renowned tna robag® 3ci bagger have produced the tna robag® 3ci – with its high performance system, the bagger provides up to a 30% improvement in performance in both output and reduction in rejects.
Renowned globally for consistently pushing the upper limits of performance, the new tna robag 3ci® offers unprecedented throughput rates of up to 250bpm. With innovative new features including the new tna intelli-weigh® omega multi-head scale, the tna hyper-detect® metal detector and tna flo-thru former®, the new tna robag® 3ci provides manufacturers with up to 30% improvement in performance.
The new tna intelli-weigh omega multi-head scale incorporates a number of novel innovations, for example, digital lattice filters, individually adjustable collating chutes for high speed discharge and new high frequency technology to minimise load cell vibrations. tna’s hyper-detect® metal detector includes the company’s patented technology and optimised design to provide the highest performance metal detector in the market. Furthermore, the tna flo-thru® former has been developed to maximize the area inside the tube for uninhibited product flow with a 30% reduction in weight. These state of the art technologies further cement the tna robag® 3ci’s position as the fastest VFFS bagger in the industry.
With improved modularity and core component capability, the tna robag® 3ci is also completely upgradable to any combination of jaw size or configuration (rotary single, double, triple or rotary flat jaw), granting food manufacturers full flexibility of bag size, type and application on a single system.
