TricorBraun Acquires Fenton, Weber & Jones Packaging, Inc.
Leader in Rigid Packaging Industry Expands Capabilities
05/05/06 TricorBraun, an award winning leader in the rigid packaging industry, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Buffalo, New York-based Fenton, Weber & Jones Packaging, Inc., effective April 28, 2006. Fenton, Weber & Jones designs, engineers and supplies innovative packaging to discriminating customers located across North America. Like TricorBraun, Fenton, Weber & Jones serves the packaging needs of customers in a range of market segments including the personal care and health care industries.
Fenton, Weber & Jones’ design and engineering facility in Buffalo, New York becomes TricorBraun’s third state-of-the-art design and engineering center, along with TricorBraun’s existing centers in Chicago and Los Angeles. Fenton, Weber & Jones’ customer service operation in Buffalo adds to TricorBraun’s network of 28 branch locations to serve customers coast to coast.
