Equipped with an optic product sensor, the Hopper Topper maintains precise hopper levels. Bakers can ensure product integrity with pump technology designed to simulate hand scooping. The standard unit features a tilt mechanism that allows easy changing of mixing bowls, while the Powerlift lowers or rises as needed with the flick of a switch.
Designed to handle various products, the Hopper Topper includes a flow control to adjust pump speed for different products.
