Scholle Corporation and IPN, both global leaders in performance packaging solutions, jointly announced that they have agreed to combine their businesses to form a new diverse performance packaging company, employing over 2,000 people globally.
Scholle Corporation and IPN, both global leaders in performance packaging solutions, jointly announced that they have agreed to combine their businesses to form a new diverse performance packaging company, employing over 2,000 people globally. The combination of IPN and Scholle will provide performance-based packaging solutions from its multiple manufacturing locations in North America, Europe, Australia, Latin America, China, and India to the world’s largest brands who, in turn, serve millions of people on a daily basis.
Scholle Corporation, through its packaging group Scholle Packaging, is known as the largest and most diverse provider of bag-in-box solutions world-wide. Scholle’s global footprint, focus on aseptic packaging solutions and filling equipment, along with innovative dispensing fitments has made it the leader in food, beverage, and non-food bag-in-box packaging.
