Sidel has equipped Guangdong Baisen Food, an F&B producer in China, with its Aseptic Combi Predis. The solution passed aseptic validation and has been commissioned for production. The production line will be used for near-neutral pH beverages.
The solution was delivered from the Sidel Beijing Plant to the Chinese beverage producer. Sidel Greater China highlights its strong Aseptic project and service team, calling it “the biggest cornerstone for Sidel to better serve the Chinese market.”
Xie Hua, vice president for Equipment Sales and Services at Sidel, Greater China, says: “Sidel’s low- and medium-speed aseptic equipment is dedicated to empowering more beverage companies to achieve growth through enhancing competitiveness and providing reliable food safety assurance.”

“As consumers continue to seek fresher, healthier, and more diverse product experiences, the equipment will become a practical driving force behind the upgrading and high-quality development of China’s beverage industry.”
Expanding regional presence
This year, Sidel president and CEO Pietro Cassani emphasized China’s strategic importance to the company, noting that the fast-paced market pushes Sidel to accelerate decision-making, service delivery, and technological innovation.
Cassani highlighted that Sidel designs and manufactures in China to serve the local market while leveraging the country as a platform for the rest of Asia and Africa.
Last year, Sidel added three complete high-speed aseptic lines to CR Beverage plants, a China-based bottle company, specializing in packaging for tea, juices, and carbonated drinks.
Meanwhile, Sidel is using the Beijing Plant as its localization hub. Last year, the Beijing Plant’s rooftop solar photovoltaic system achieved full grid connection, marking a step forward in the company’s decarbonization journey.
Sidel also announced this year that its Aseptic Predis X4 will soon be implemented as a new production platform at the Beijing Plant, bringing aseptic technology to regional customers with “greater speed, more consistent quality, and enhanced flexibility.”
